About Us

 

Carpool Fitness was created and developed by Noreen Butler. Noreen and her four brothers grew up in Bethesda, MD and attended private schools. Noreen grew up on the soccer field and went on to play competitively in college. She has always been passionate about fitness and her dream has been to help others achieve their fitness goals. As a busy mother, Noreen saw the need to help others fit fitness into their busy schedules. The carpool line ended up being Noreen's think tank and inspiration to launch this exciting, new venture! Noreen is also a proud mother of two who currently attend a local private school.

 

 

 

STAFF:

Phil Silberman, Director of Curriculum Devlopment / Trainer

Phil Silberman is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) aswell as a certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI.) Phil is a personal trainerand has over 17 years of professional experience in the fitness industry.
 

Inaddition, Phil is a Beachbody coach and specializes in P90x online coaching andnutritional guidance. Phil enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities toachieve their fitness goals. Phil has owned and operated a number of gymsthroughout his career and knows what it takes to help his clients meet theirfitness/health goals.

With your busy schedule in mind.... our mission is to help parents and children get fit while giving back to their school community. Carpool Fitness was designed to maximize parent's time by creating a fitness program to fit within the carpool window.

 

Taught by certified fitness professionals, Carpool Fitness classes are for all fitness levels. Whether you are just starting your exercise program or workout regularly and looking for something different to add to your current routine, instructors will guide your class experience to obtain the best results and accomplish your fitness goals.

 

WE LIVE TO GIVE! Carpool Fitness will donate a portion of proceeds to your school’s Physical Education program!
