Professionally, Jacqueline has a strong background, with a proven record and expertise in etiquette and protocol training, event and project management, business development and facilitation.

Jacqueline is committed to bringing innovative, relevant, and practical techniques to the etiquette instruction she instills through her self-designed training. Etiquette training is her passion, and is an extremely valuable skill for engaging, enlightening, and empowering companies and their employees.

She has also served in leadership and management corporate roles providing training, consulting, public relations and event management to organizations including AT&T, AAA of Michigan, Chrysler and Ford Motor Company.

As a Certified Six-Sigma greenbelt, Jacqueline consistently develops systems to aid clients in streamlining processes to assist in reaching their strategic planning and development goals.
