Our Board...

Keith Willis

Keith is the CEO and founder of MOSS Movement and is responsible for leading the creation of innovative and informative business development strategies by working with the advisory Board and partnership organizations to launch cutting edge life-skills programming for male athletes across the nation. His strategic efforts regarding long-term goals, plans and policies are concentrated toward filling the curriculum gap in life skills education by collaborating with global leaders in athletics and life-skills programming. 

 

Keith has over 15-years of experience structuring teams and creating revenue streams in athletics, education and technology. He is the founder of Untapped fitness, an organization responsible for assisting in the placement of over 30 athletes to top-tier collegiate football and basketball programs nationwide. Keith’s work as a business development specialist with Viimed allowed for his growth in the maximization of technology and sound project management.  A former two-sport athlete, he played football and basketball at Virginia Tech. Following collegiate sports, Keith played in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs. He won the World Bowl Championship in 2006 with the Frankfurt Galaxy while playing in NFL Europe. Keith has a B.S. in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise and an MS in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech.

Fred Altimont

Fred is the President of ViiMed and is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. He focuses on building business relationships with innovative thought leaders in healthcare.

 

Fred has over 25-years of experience building teams and creating revenue streams in healthcare. He is a former Microsoft Program Executive in Public Sector Health and Benefits where his teams were engaged with Veteran’s Health, Secure health records, and Telemedicine policy. Fred has a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech. He lives in Maryland with his wife Angel and their two daughters.

Mr. Derek D. Curtis II, CPA, CGMA

Mr. Curtis is a public accounting professional who has over eight years of experience in the areas of international management and financial consultation, government contracting and non-profit accounting.  As a current Deloitte & Touche LLP professional, he is responsible for delivering Financial and Operational Risk Transformation services to various clients.  Mr. Curtis recently developed and implemented audit readiness programs and strengthened internal controls over financial reporting for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). 

 

Mr. Curtis worked for over 6 years at the National Academy of Sciences, where he was responsible for the areas of contract and grants management, financial accounting, financial and cost analysis, audit readiness and remediation, federal regulatory compliance, and internal control development.  Prior to working with the Academies, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the area of Small Business Development.

 

Mr. Curtis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management.

 

Mr. Curtis has a heart for seeing our youth succeed and make right choices.  For several years, Mr. Curtis volunteered for Young Life, an organization geared to youth outreach.  Over the past two years he has volunteered at Anacostia High School, via Deloitte & Touche LLP, to mentor students about the importance of higher education.  As a summer league basketball coach, he not only led his team of 16-18 year old young men to win the championship, but he used that opportunity for mentorship.  Through basketball, he was able to teach life lessons of hard work, dedication, determination, respect, team work and making purposeful decisions.

Jalil Dozier

Jalil D. Dozier is an Associate with the law firm of Leftwich & Ludaway LLC., and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group.  Mr. Dozier received his B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University and his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

 

While in law school, Mr. Dozier was a member of the Moot Court Board, a research assistant at the Center for Constitutional Democracy, and received the Access to Justice Pro Bono Award for his work with the Inmate Legal Assistance Project.  He also co-founded the Indiana Journal of Law & Social Equality and served on the Executive Board of the National Black Law Students Association.

 

Prior to joining Leftwich & Ludaway, Mr. Dozier served as a law clerk to Judge Zinora Mitchell-Rankin and Judge Robert Rigsby of the District of Columbia Superior Court.

 

Mr. Dozier is a member of the Maryland Bar.

 

E. Reid Roe

Mr. Roe has faithfully served the national security interests of our nation since 1997. 

 

From 1989 through 1997, he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Assistant Grand Jury Coordinator, Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Chief of Narcotics for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for Oakland County, Michigan.  He is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. 

 

Mr. Roe is also an Assistant Offensive Coordinator at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio and a nationally certified quarterback coach with the National Football Academies.  He is committed to training, teaching and building young men. 

 

He believes the highest achievement isn’t a scholarship or a victory.  It’s earning the respect of teammates and leading them by example.  He believes that every athlete can make a difference, and if he can change the way they think about the game, in the context of why they were created, they will change the world.   He believes confidence, character, commitment, and consistency are the foundations for any great athlete and man and that the next generation of leaders is lost without understanding the rich reward and legacy that comes to men who sacrifice for and serve others.  He is committed to helping young men crack the code on becoming a man and moving the chains both on and off the field in their personal lives.  

 

Rosita Melbourne

Rosita Ndaka is from the heart of DC and played basketball at the University of Maryland. She has been a school counselor over the last ten years and has a heart to see young men succeed. Rosita has a lot of experience working with non-profit programs and getting funding for programs like ours. In her spare time, she loves sports, reading, traveling and working in the mental health field. She is married with three children.

 

Mylene Krzanowski

As Executive Vice President of Regional Advancement, Ms. Krzanowski oversees Caron’s current regional offices – New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Boston and works to advance Caron’s strategies, which will help to continue growing patient referrals and fundraising revenue through the regional offices. She is also responsible for the development of new offices, with the next one being Atlanta scheduled for 2013. In addition, Ms. Krzanowski oversees Student Assistance services that Caron currently provides to 493 schools in 15 states and the District of Columbia.

 

During her 27-year career in the field, Ms. Krzanowski has developed, coordinated and facilitated educational programming, support groups, faculty training, parent education, team maintenance, student leadership training, interventions and assessments. Her areas of expertise include current trends in adolescent substance abuse, best practices in prevention, intervention strategies, adolescent tobacco cessation, student assistance, and empowering parents to talk with their children about sensitive and high risk issues. She regularly contributes articles on these issues to industry journals.

 

Ms. Krzanowski was on the board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Programs for eight years, serving in numerous positions, including President and Vice President of the board. She also served on the board of directors of the National Student Assistance Association and its executive committee.
